Digital Sales Leader

About the Role
Splunk is seeking an exceptional sales leader to join our growing Digital Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of elite Digital Sales professionals and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed pipeline creation goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on sales objectives and coordinate campaigns
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading sales teams in a SaaS or enterprise software company
- Passion for sales with 2+ years of individual contributor experience
- Inspirational leadership style with a focus on respect and empowerment
- Analytical and decisive approach with a love for data analysis and experimentation
- Change leadership acuity and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to pilot a matrixed environment and collaborate cross-functionally
- Superior technical skills, including Google Sheets, Chat, Marketing Automation, and Dialer platforms
What We Offer
- Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $160,000 to $184,000 per year
- Market-based pay structure with flexibility and choice in working arrangements
