Job Title: Digital Sales Manager

Splunk is a leading enterprise software company that provides a unified security and observability platform. We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our growing Digital Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of elite Digital Sales professionals as a direct, first-line manager
  • Develop sales hunters to find new opportunities in new or existing accounts and/or buying centers
  • Partner with other sales teams, marketing, and enablement to coordinate campaigns and align on new objectives
  • Determine levers to pull to improve pipeline creation velocity, quality, and linearity
  • Combine data from Salesforce and Tableau to spot patterns early, adapt activity, and optimize team performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years leading sales teams selling B2B at a SaaS and/or enterprise software company
  • A passion for sales: 2+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor
  • An inspirational style built on respect: your teams would follow you anywhere
  • An analytical and decisive approach: you can look at a data set, know where to go next, and love running experiments to test different ideas
  • Change leadership acuity and high emotional intelligence
  • Building mentality: trail-blazing new processes, creating content, and building teams to scale is your forte
  • Ability to pilot a matrixed environment: collaborate and gain commitment cross-functionally
  • Superior tech skills, including Google Sheets, Google Chat, Marketing Automation, and Dialer platforms

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the On Target Earnings (OTE) range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the OTE pay will vary based on factors such as work location and the knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
