About the Role

The Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. As a leader, you will establish a positive work environment, foster a culture of customer hospitality, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, including menu management, inventory control, and labor management
  • Manage restaurant budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of restaurant staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with company initiatives, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including profit and loss responsibility
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of restaurant management software
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
