Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the government sector. As a seasoned sales professional, you will drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and deal closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients and opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to establish trust and credibility.

  • Lead proposal efforts to develop customized solutions.
  • Drive sales process to successful closure, ensuring satisfaction with terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2G sector.
  • Deep understanding of B2G sales cycle, procurement processes, and government regulations.
  • Strong network within public-sector and relevant industry associations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
