Role Responsibilities:

The Market Leader serves as the primary authority in the market, responsible for driving growth, enhancing productivity, and ensuring a cohesive business approach across all client solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with teams to provide tailored solutions to clients, fostering new relationships, and strengthening existing ones.
  • Facilitating market integration across various business lines.
  • Attracting and recruiting top talent to the organization.
  • Promoting a culture focused on growth and client engagement across all roles.

With the support of a robust market team, the Market Leader will dedicate their efforts to deepening relationships with teams, clients, prospects, and centers of influence to drive market growth. This individual will be accountable for achieving revenue and flow targets, ensuring adherence to investment policy standards, and maintaining compliance with risk management protocols.

The Market Leader will head the market leadership team, which includes the Sales Executive, Client Management Executive, Market Trust Executive, and Market Investment Executive. In smaller markets, support will be provided by a Sales Executive and Client Management Executive from a larger hub market, along with a local Business Support Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 63 or 65, and 24.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills, particularly in areas such as business selection, risk management, and performance management.
  • Proven track record of achieving business results and fostering responsible growth.
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain high-caliber talent across various job families.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with employees, clients, and enterprise partners.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the business landscape, including fiduciary and investment platforms, banking products, and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced certifications are a plus.
