Key Responsibilities:
The Market Executive serves as the primary leader in the market, responsible for driving growth, enhancing productivity, and ensuring a cohesive approach across all client solutions.
1. Collaborating with teams to provide solutions to clients while fostering new relationships and strengthening existing ones.

3. Attracting and recruiting talent to the platform.

With the support of a robust market team, the Market Executive will dedicate time to deepening relationships with teams, clients, prospects, and centers of influence to drive growth.
As the market leader, this individual will be accountable for achieving revenue and flow targets, PCA productivity, and overseeing adherence to investment policy standards and fiduciary administration policies, as well as risk and compliance regulations.
The Market Executive leads the market leadership team, which includes the Sales Executive, Client Management Executive, Market Trust Executive, and Market Investment Executive.
In smaller markets, support is provided by a Sales Executive and Client Management Executive from a larger hub market, along with a local Business Support Manager. Required licenses include Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, and 24.Essential Qualifications:
FINRA Licenses Required:
S7, S66 OR S63 & S65, S24.
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills, particularly regarding business selection, risk management, talent and performance management, enterprise partnerships, financial oversight, and problem resolution.
A proven track record of achieving business results and fostering responsible growth.Ability to attract, select, develop, and retain top talent across various job families.
Effective communication skills with employees, clients, and enterprise partners (executive presence).
Comprehensive knowledge of the business landscape, including fiduciary and investment platforms, banking and credit products, and industry trends.
