Senior Wealth Management Advisors operate as fiduciaries within Schwab Wealth Advisory, Inc. (SWAI), a registered investment advisor and an affiliate of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.

You will provide continuous guidance to clients through a virtual relationship, with opportunities to connect with your assigned market and clientele. SWAI's advisory philosophy will enable you to utilize a broad spectrum of holistic wealth management solutions as you assist clients with larger and more intricate portfolios and wealth planning requirements. In this role, you will be accountable for:

Personalized Approach:

  • Creating a comprehensive, tailored portfolio and offering advice designed to meet clients' unique objectives while adapting to evolving needs.

Comprehensive Wealth Management Strategy:

  • Formulating, executing, and continuously monitoring Investment Policy Statements that delineate investment goals, preferences, and risk tolerance based on Schwab's investment philosophy.

Collaborative Team Environment:

  • Fostering strong collaborative relationships with Schwab Branch business partners and financial planners while maintaining and expanding an assigned practice of high-net-worth clients.

You will have access to the tools, resources, and support necessary to thrive in a portfolio management setting.

Specifically:

  • Client relationship management software facilitating seamless client interactions.
  • Financial Planning software tailored for customized, client-focused portfolio solutions.
  • Access to third-party and proprietary research to support advisory recommendations.
  • Ongoing training and a commitment to your professional development.
What You Have
  • CFP designation or CFA designation required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required (may consider a 90-day COE).
  • 66 license required (may be obtained with a 120-day COE).
  • Five or more years of advisory experience required.
  • Five or more years of direct client engagement in the financial services sector highly preferred.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
