About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Regional Manager to join our Investor Advice Solutions team at Charles Schwab. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for coaching and counseling a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors in a collaborative environment designed to grow and support the client base they serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and counsel a team of Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Advisors to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service.
  • Build and foster relationships with internal partners, including Branch Managers, Regional Branch Executives, and Directors within the Investor Advice Solutions division.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure asset and service targets are met, and client interactions are monitored and improved.
  • Manage performance and provide coaching to improve service and advice quality, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • CFP designation, CFA designation, or a Master's Degree in Personal Financial Planning required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required.
  • Active and valid FINRA 66 license required.
  • Active and valid FINRA 9/10 license required.
  • Five plus years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
