As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they are comfortable using our products and services. You will analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to implement ADP technologies. You will also partner internally with ADP associates in sales and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Required qualifications include at least three years of experience in a client service/customer service environment, with at least one year of business consulting experience. A college degree is not required, but skills and experience are essential.
