Job Summary


The Clinical Pharmacist I position at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center involves reviewing medication orders, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure optimal medication use. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Monitor and evaluate patient medication regimens to identify potential issues
  • Consult with medical staff to resolve medication-related concerns
  • Document and communicate pharmacist interventions to relevant parties
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation and verification of medications

Qualifications



  • Current registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
  • Completed ACPE-approved aseptic technique training

Compensation


The estimated salary range for this position is $58.00 - $58.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
