Healthcare Specialist

This position plays a critical role in the management of members with complex healthcare needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all functions of case management and serving as a primary source of contact for members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders involved in managing specialty care.
The primary nurse case administrator will perform care coordination, identify alternative treatment programs, and consult with physicians, providers, members, and other resources to evaluate options and services required to meet an individual's health needs.
This is a telecommute (remote) role, requiring the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
