Position Overview:

This pivotal management role is designed to provide Senior Leadership with precise and timely financial insights. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to enhance processes and elevate business performance. Acting as a co-pilot, this position will oversee, manage, and optimize Marketing and Other General Expense (MOGE) costs associated with White Collar/Headquarter operations. This role is crucial in driving the transformation of white collar expenses and will lead benchmarking initiatives across various entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial planning and analysis of pre-allocated MOGE costs, offering decision support to enhance overall performance in Headquarters costs and managing shared service charges to other operating companies.
  • Analyze and regulate Nestlé USA's white collar expenses, driving performance improvements by identifying risks, opportunities, and savings potential.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for white collar costs, aiming to enhance transparency and process efficiency.
  • Own and ensure compliance with the White Collar Costing Standards (CSW) for Nestlé USA, including the interpretation and implementation of these standards.
  • Guarantee the integrity of all system postings related to Marketing General, Other General, and Globe IS/IT lines within the Profit & Loss statement, ensuring proper allocations to the businesses in line with CSW.
  • Align company-wide cost center structures and master data with the CSW.
  • Integrate the management of white collar costs into Business Service Models.
  • Lead transformational projects across MOGE.
  • Actively mentor, coach, and develop a team of five direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include CPA, CMA, or MBA.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance.
