Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Bancare, Inc. This full-time remote position involves overseeing various construction initiatives, managing daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to drive project success.

Qualifications for the Construction Site Manager

  • Proven experience in managing construction projects and supervising site activities
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • Effective coordination skills with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Experience in the banking equipment sector is advantageous
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related discipline is preferred

Key Requirements for the Role:

  • Experience with new construction projects
  • Specific expertise in high-end office renovations
  • Ability to track project expenses, conduct cost analyses, and prepare detailed project reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other internet applications
  • Outstanding collaboration, analytical, communication, and time management skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an individual contributor is required
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience is preferred
  • Strong carpentry skills are essential
  • At least 5 years of experience managing construction sites
  • Comprehensive understanding of all plans and disciplines is necessary
