Job Description

Ardmor Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Deck Estimator - Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in estimating, coordination across teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide estimates for deck projects
  • Build accurate orders, ensuring alignment with project specifications
  • Conduct thorough job cost analysis to optimize project profitability
  • Coordinate effectively across multiple teams within the organization
  • Generate quotes for roofing and siding projects
  • Work closely with design consultants to ensure job continuity
  • Proactively identify potential issues on jobs and develop plans for resolution
  • Communicate clearly with the design team and other team members regarding project details
  • Provide clear instructions to the construction crew
  • Work on-site during regular business hours
  • Update order flags and enter production notes
  • Create specialty metal quotes and orders
  • Read and analyze insurance estimates accurately
