Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Greiner Construction is a full-service commercial general contractor providing services to companies and developers within the corporate workplace, private education, multi-housing, building repurposing, hospitality, and healthcare/wellness sectors in the Midwest. We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Provide professional leadership in negotiation and problem resolution during the project.
  • Project Scheduling: Execute due diligence reviews of project progress with internal and external parties and produce and execute project schedules with milestones and critical paths.
  • Subcontractor and Supplier Management: Perform accurate subcontractor and supplier scope analysis and accurately perform complete construction estimates and present to customers.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Provide precise communication to team members, owners, and architects and coordinate and facilitate weekly progress team meetings.
  • Financial Management: Develop project budgets to achieve client's financial objectives and validate time and expenses to stay within budget.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain effective relationships and partnerships with customers, management, field staff, and subcontractors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Read, comprehend, and implement project drawings and specifications and provide accurate and timely submittals for approval.
  • Professional Development: Engage in industry networking events and continuing education and manage existing and develop new customer relationships.
