Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Health Coordinator to join our team at CVS Health. As a Retail Health Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting healthcare initiatives to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient flow and scheduling for appointments
  • Communicate with members and patients via phone and technology-based interactions
  • Identify and address healthcare gaps and provide education on self-care and wellness
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide superior customer service and support to internal and external clients
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare, customer service, or patient relations experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
