About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Director to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, efficient, and aligned with our sales strategy and cultural expectations.
  • Capital Allocation: Manage capital allocation for all health care facilities to ensure critical reliability goals are maintained.
  • Emergency Response: Provide direction to campuses and leaders in the event of an emergency affecting the Life Safety System or structural integrity of the campus.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development of new training programs to ensure that plant operations and environmental services teams are current and up to date with regulatory and company standards.
  • Financial Management: Partner with Home Office Support teams and campus leadership to accountability and execution of financial budgets and controllable expenses and parameters for the Plant Operations and Environment Services departments.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Experience: 8-12 years
  • Licenses and Certifications: NFPA voting membership preferred, NFPA 101 Certification preferred
