Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Traditions Home Health Services LLC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the Boston area.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist our Hospice clients with safety, companionship, personal care, meals, and light housekeeping. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Requirements:
  • CNA Certification
  • Minimum 2 years' Hospice experience working with your certification (in the home care setting preferred)
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and reliable auto, proof of insurance (clean driving record)
  • Current TB Test (yearly) or X-Ray (every 5 years)
  • The ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
  • Own a Smartphone (all documentation is done through an app.)
  • Reliable, honest, and compassionate
  • Experience working with Dementia Patients
