We are currently seeking dedicated Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and assisting with medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress, activities, tasks performed, and responses to care.
  • Communicate any changes in patient condition promptly to the Registered Nurse (RN) and Program Supervisor.
  • Serve as a positive role model, provide guidance, and assist with medication management under the direction of the RN, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and Pharmacist.
  • Adhere strictly to agency policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Transport patients as needed.
Qualifications
  • Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • One year of nursing experience is preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Experience in long-term care settings is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations is beneficial.

Work Schedule
