Senior Commercial Construction Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Commercial Construction Manager to join our team. Compensation up to 100K based on experience
The ideal candidate will be a diligent Construction Manager with extensive experience in healthcare, retail, commercial, hospitality, and other non-residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site operations alongside a team of professionals, including project engineers and assistant project managers.
- Travel to various project locations as required.
- Collaborate closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring outstanding customer service and integrity.
- Establish and maintain all on-site construction project functions effectively.
- Adhere to and enforce company safety policies and procedures consistently.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, managing projects valued at $5 Million and above.
- A proven history of successful project management is essential.
- Experience with complex projects is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire a team of project engineers and field personnel.
- A stable work history is necessary.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is expected.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations is a priority.
- Familiarity with the local market is advantageous.
- A college degree is not a prerequisite for this role.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is essential.
