KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement a quality control plan for pre-construction activities.
• Assist in the acquisition and maintenance of necessary construction permits.
• Oversee daily project tracking and reporting activities.
• Manage and disseminate project information and contractual documents.
• Facilitate the project closeout process.

• Engage actively in expanding your knowledge of construction techniques and methodologies by participating in various project processes, including RFIs, submittals, as-builts, and schedules.

• Contribute positively to the growth of both yourself and your team.
• Demonstrate a willingness to take necessary actions to ensure project success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Basic understanding of construction practices and methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree or progress towards a degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
