Onsite Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Support Engineer to join our team at The Dignify Solutions LLC. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents and/or VIP requests
- Perform imaging/reimaging of PCs
- Conduct hardware and software maintenance and support
- Escalate unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
- Communicate with clients regarding incident progress
Requirements:
- Experience handling L2/L3 troubleshooting for Windows & MAC OS
- Knowledge of DHCP, IP routing, VPN, and firewall concepts
- Experience in supporting minor hardware repairs (Desktop & Laptop)
- Experience in phone system administration
