Job SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support technical questions for appliance and lawn and garden repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong appliance repair knowledge or lawn and garden repair equipment knowledge, with 5+ years of experience. Presentation skills or experience in training are a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Explain and diagnose DIY repairs in written and verbal form
- Present DIY tutorials onscreen
- Use strong knowledge of Internet Search Engines
- Experience using a computer with multiple screens and tab browsing
- Typing 35 WPM is required
- Excellent Communication skills- verbal, written and listening- sufficient level in order to assist internal and external customers in written and verbal form
