  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, productivity gains, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, business operations, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
