The Charge Registered Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care in their assigned unit. This role requires strong clinical leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor nursing service and maintain accurate records to identify potential problems and propose corrective actions.
- Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations to ensure a skilled and competent team.
- Coordinate staffing levels to meet contractual requirements and ensure adequate coverage.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend regular staff meetings to stay informed and aligned with organizational goals.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one year of clinical experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
- Current CPR Certification.
