Leasing Operations Manager

At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leasing operations department, you will be responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of the leasing team in accordance with our organization's policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relations: Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objective and expectations.
- Communication: Maintain positive, professional, and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests while representing FPI.
- Employee Management: Responsible for training and onboarding of new leasing team members, provide support, training, and guidance as needed to all leasing team members, conduct weekly leasing meetings to ensure property objectives are being met, and set weekly leasing goals and assign tasks according to the marketing plan.
- Leasing/Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels as established by owner/budget expectations, exhibit professional leasing techniques, assist with the completion of the monthly Market Surveys and analysis, implement advertising and marketing strategies for the apartment community as needed, and ensure that all online marketing sources are updated daily.
- Revenue Management: Assist the Community Director with maximizing revenue potential of the property through the management of lease expirations and timely turnover, may assist the Community Director with the management of monthly rent collections and delinquency, and may assist in processing vendor invoices.
- Reporting and Document Management: Maintain appropriate resident files including forms, leases, documents in accordance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), responsible for the daily integrity and confidentiality of resident files, ensure that documents and reporting systems are maintained, updated, and organized, and may assist in periodic reporting requirements as requested/required.
- Risk Management Items: Ensure compliance of Risk Management items through the following of the FPI Standard Operating Procedures, reports timely any/all injuries, illnesses, property damage through the proper reporting channels and forms, and react calmly and professionally in emergency, emotional, and/or stressful situations.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with reporting of maintenance needs, document facility and maintenance needs and ensure timely completion, ongoing monitoring of the physical asset and identifying concerns with immediate supervisor, and follow up on maintenance requests to promote resident communication and satisfaction.
- Other: Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations Standard Operating Procedures, comply with all Fair Housing Laws, promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy, and conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
