Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct the leasing operations department to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Review and process lease transactions and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, applicants, and vendors.
- Train and onboard new leasing team members, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Conduct weekly leasing meetings to review progress and set goals.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably in residential property management.
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
