At The Edge, our Kids Programming is designed to create an engaging and lively atmosphere where Fun Meets Fitness. Our dedicated staff plays a crucial role in fostering a positive experience for children aged 12 weeks to 12 years.

Responsibilities include:

Actively participate in games and activities tailored for children, ensuring a fun and safe environment. Deliver exceptional service to members and their families. Maintain a cheerful demeanor and promote a positive atmosphere.

General Responsibilities:

Uphold and promote the mission of The Edge Kids. Follow all policies and procedures set forth by The Edge. Welcome parents and ensure a smooth check-in process for children. Exhibit enthusiasm and motivation in all interactions. Guide and engage children in age-appropriate activities and games. Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a supportive environment. Maintain a positive attitude at all times. Be comfortable working with children of various ages. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the activity space.

Key Qualifications:

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A proactive and hands-on approach to work. A genuine passion for engaging with children. A positive and enthusiastic demeanor. Commitment to ongoing training and personal growth. Strong class management skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
