Sales Consultant

MOOvers Chicago Inc. is a family-owned and operated professional moving company seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for utilizing inside and outside sales strategies to attract and retain clients, managing high volumes of customer inquiries, and providing accurate quotes for our moving services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with our moving team to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in inside sales, with a background in outside sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
