Senior Software Architect

Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus
Remote Work: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate architectural discussions and decisions to enhance the scalability of our Bridge Engagement platform.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on best practices and design methodologies.
• Create cloud-based solutions utilizing Amazon Web Services.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate individuals committed to continuous skill development.
• Direct cross-team solutions, architecture, and priorities by aligning with the strategic business objectives that deliver substantial business value while minimizing technical complexity and risk.
• Engage in cross-organizational dialogues representing the engineering division.
• Actively contribute to the Bridge Engagement team's product roadmap in partnership with the product management team.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and self-directed learning.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in .NET languages, particularly C#.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Razor, and .NET Core.
• Proven track record in software development methodologies.
• Solid grasp of design patterns and principles of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, and GitHub.
• Background in developing and deploying Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and services into production using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Experience in building microservices and RESTful APIs, as well as utilizing CI/CD tools.
• Proven experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a history of successful collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex projects and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
• Proven understanding of database technologies.
