As a WW Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin, you will spearhead key initiatives that align with a comprehensive sales solution strategy.


Key Responsibilities:
Understand the strategic direction and evolving business needs through workshop facilitation and roadmap development for future objectives. This will require collaboration with global management teams and colleagues across various regions.
Be a proactive leader in proposing and developing solutions.

It is essential to think strategically, connecting the broader vision while also being detail-oriented regarding deliverables.

Suggest solutions that exceed the initial requests from business partners. Focus on scalable designs that prioritize flexibility and maintainability.
Collaborate with leadership teams to formulate business cases and budget for changes/projects.

Establish clear, measurable success criteria for your initiatives, ensuring ongoing tracking against these metrics.

Utilize a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects, encompassing mobilization, prioritization, requirements gathering, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing, and implementation.

Support critical business processes to promote application, data integrity, governance, and compliance.

Oversee the Salesforce application, acting as the expert to define, design, and configure enhancements to the Salesforce platform that yield significant returns on investment by bridging the gap between standard Salesforce functionalities and business processes.

Design and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts that support business processes and provide valuable insights.
Manage User Acceptance Testing with end users, including script writing and securing user acceptance sign-offs.
Prepare the organization for change and adoption:

Engage actively in ongoing discussions and collaborations with Salesforce regarding Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.

Minimum Qualifications:
In-depth expertise in Salesforce Platform functionalities and best practices, including the ability to determine configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems.
Experience in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping/timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows, requirements, user acceptance testing, and change management.

Experience working on multi-release projects following Agile methodology.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
One of the following certifications is mandatory: Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications:
One or more of the following certifications is advantageous: Certified Salesforce Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Data Architect, or Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Channel and End Customer sales is highly preferred.
Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for quickly establishing trust, credibility, and influence across diverse cross-functional and multi-directional partners.
Experience collaborating on global projects with geographically dispersed teams.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning, and the capability to translate strategy into tangible outcomes.
A passion for problem-solving and overcoming business challenges in partnership with others.
A Master's Degree is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides opportunities for advancement as you grow and develop within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $139,200 and $209,900, with your base pay depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
