Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Advisor to join our team. As a Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.

You will execute programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication. You will also actively inform Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates. In the event of Talent issues, you will ensure resolution occurs in a timely and professional manner.

In addition, you will drive for and execute process improvements as directed, maintaining balancing operational efficiency and delivering the highest quality services to meet the customer needs.
