About the Role

As a Transformative Child Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of our esteemed healthcare organization. Your expertise and compassion will be instrumental in supporting children with autism and behavioral differences. Based in Richmond, IN, this position offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of exceptional children and their families.

Compensation Package:

We are offering an attractive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft tailored intervention plans that cater to the individual needs and strengths of each child.
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and exceed client expectations.
  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Ensure adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards.
  • Protect patient rights and maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification.
  2. Proficiency in Behavioral Assessments and Intervention Plans.
  3. Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.
  4. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
