About the Role

The Lead, Human Resources Data & Analytics is a critical role at Creative Artists Agency, where you will be responsible for delivering people analytics across HR and CAA's Department Heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in client processes like workforce planning and performance management
  • Deliver data insights using our platform and other HR tools
  • Manage and manipulate structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools
  • Conduct analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, perform normalization operations, and assure data quality
  • Create specifications to bring data into a common structure, develop data solutions to support analyses, and present recommendations for use across the agency
  • Collaborate with clients to address their HR data needs using Workday and other HR tools
  • Ensure data integrity in Workday, build and deploy monthly and quarterly Department Head business reviews with people insights, and manage backlog and prioritization of the customer's HR analytics needs
  • Build and manage diversity and inclusion reporting, present workforce insights to influence decision-making, and ensure data quality in key metrics across Talent Acquisition, Management, and Compensation
  • Train and support HR business partners in people analytics, maintain data confidentiality, and foster a metrics-driven culture
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in HR analytics with a strong statistical analysis and data interpretation background
  • Prior experience building and leading HR analytics programs
  • Experience conducting disparate impact analysis
  • Deep knowledge of HR policies and practices and experience working with both large matrixed and small or startup organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with Workday HRIS and data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Proficiency in Data science is a big plus
What We Offer

This hybrid role is based in our Los Angeles office and requires 3 days onsite each week. The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $140,000 - $170,000, and this position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.
