About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Solutions Manager to join our team at PTC. As a key member of our Global People Solutions organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Americas People Solutions team, leading multiple team members, and ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing People Solutions team, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with other People Solutions management to calibrate and coordinate interregional support in a globally integrated People Solutions function.
  • Partner with relevant People Team COE experts, HR Business Partners, business leaders, and service provider points-of-contact to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor, audit, and address Americas People Solutions Team workloads, workload volume, and team/individual workload outputs to maintain high-performance and a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 6+ years in a high-performing HR role, with at least 4 years in a customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • 2+ years of training and developing others.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and resolve issues of varying complexities using multiple HR systems.
  • Broad spectrum HR knowledge and HR system fluency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Undergraduate college degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of relevant regional/local labor laws and requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office products.
