About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Integration Solutions to join our Global Integration Solutions team at Wayfair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4+ direct reports, creating and implementing strategic campaigns and projects, and working across diverse internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 4+ direct reports and provide coaching, direction, and advice to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategic campaigns and projects to increase EDI/API adoption, deepen vendor partnerships, and build greater transparency on integrations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with operations, service, commercial, and technology teams to align goals and make collaborative progress to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with vendors to offer a full library of integration options for suppliers, suppliers to increase adoption of integrations, and internal teams to ensure vendors and suppliers are up-to-date on the latest Wayfair integrations offerings.
  • Extract and communicate relevant insights and learnings with stakeholders to create a shared understanding around supplier concerns.
  • Act as the voice-of-the-supplier and operational agents by partnering with Product-Owner and Tech teams to ensure suppliers and agents have the self-service tools to improve their ability to manage their business on the Wayfair Platform.
  • Manage vendor performance and maintain a high service level expectation for certified vendors featured on Wayfair's Partner Marketplace.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a corporate environment; experience with ecommerce, program management, project management, or support work is a plus.
  • People management skills and the ability to coach, direct, and advise direct reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with external and internal stakeholders at a variety of levels, including executive communication.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to read and interpret a variety of data sets.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills to dissect and determine root causes of problems and influence cross-functional partners to implement solutions.
  • A track record of taking on challenges and delivering despite obstacles and limited resources.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically within a dynamic, fast-paced organization with a problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A customer-centric approach, and the ability to build positive partnerships with internal and external groups to optimize performance.
