Senior Manager of Campus Engagement

We are in search of a distinguished and seasoned Senior Manager of Campus Engagement who will be accountable for crafting, influencing, and executing pioneering campus recruitment strategies aimed at attracting exceptional talent for our internship and early career development initiatives. This role will also encompass support for events and communications related to the summer internship program.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute a campus outreach strategy aligned with business objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business strategies and talent requirements.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent for the Advantage Solutions internship program.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with campus stakeholders, including career services, faculty, and internal campus recruiting teams.
  • Utilize data analytics to guide the formulation and implementation of campus recruiting and early talent strategies.
  • Design and oversee efficient interview and talent selection processes while ensuring a premier candidate experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their journey to full-time employment (encompassing recruitment, interview processes, and internship programs).
  • Build a robust talent pipeline through sourcing, social media, and innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate and lead all in-person and virtual recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in University Relations.
  • Demonstrated experience with ATS and HRIS platforms, along with proficiency in leveraging college recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake).
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% during peak internship recruitment periods.
  • Possess a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to formulate strategic plans to enhance business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web browsers.
