Lead Quantitative Pharmacologist
We are seeking a Lead Quantitative Pharmacologist to make substantial contributions to various initiatives. This role involves executing pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), and other quantitative assessments that play a crucial role in the advancement of these initiatives.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments to assess, design, select, and implement standardized scientific methodologies for analyzing both in-vivo and in-vitro pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies.
This individual will be responsible for preparing and presenting precise and well-structured nonclinical or clinical study reports, as well as regulatory submission documents.
A typical day for a Lead Quantitative Pharmacologist may include:
- Planning, designing, executing, and interpreting results for a range of pharmacometric studies with moderate supervision.
- Conducting a diverse array of quantitative PK or PK/PD analyses, including non-compartmental analysis (NCA), compartmental modeling, population pharmacokinetics (PopPK), and translational modeling, to deliver pharmacometric outcomes.
- Collaborating with various teams to create tables, figures, and listings (TFLs) in support of internal or regulatory documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for regulatory discussions.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication abilities, a solid understanding of drug development regulations, and the capacity to make independent decisions while seeking guidance when necessary. Candidates should possess a minimum of a PhD and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
