About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Arbella Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and advice on insurance products and services.
  • Identify and qualify potential prospects, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims and customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
