To uphold our standards of excellence, we are looking for a Sales and Leasing Advisor to join the energetic team at Jim Winter Automotive Group.
Our ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric attitude and a strong drive to achieve results. They should be adaptable to changing situations, exhibit strong follow-up skills, and demonstrate excellent follow-through. Professionalism with both staff and clients is crucial. The ability to navigate the demands of a fast-paced industry while remaining organized and persistent is essential. Our ideal candidate will work collaboratively with Leadership and Team Members from both Sales and Service Departments to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless experience.
Work Schedule
Full-Time hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with either Monday or Wednesday extending to 8 PM. Alternating Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM are also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to Proven Sales & Follow-up/CRM Processes to achieve sales of 10+ vehicles monthly.
- Complete Assigned Training promptly.
- Log and Track Prospects using the provided CRM.
- Exhibit strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills, including digital communication.
- Demonstrate effective Time Management Skills.
- Coordinate with Leadership & Team Staff to meet Customer Needs.
