Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing a selling strategy to win local restaurant business and grow existing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win new local restaurant business within designated territory and grow independent restaurant share
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
  • Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts
  • Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts using fact-based selling methods
  • Execute contract/customer development agreements, including trade payment management and contract compliance
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Work closely with the PBNA location's selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle, and can revenue growth
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of your annual base salary
  • Company vehicle eligible role
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of fact-based selling experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Food service or consumer packaged goods experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs periodically
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
