Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and provide care according to LPN license
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record vital signs, medical history, and symptoms
- Assist with physical exams and medical procedures as needed
- Provide education to patients and families on healthcare topics
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with school nurses, WIC colleagues, DCF, and other medical departments as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current LPN license in the state of Connecticut
- Previous experience in pediatrics preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual strongly encouraged to apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Understanding of medical terminology and nursing protocols
- Experience with electronic medical records required; eClinical Works preferred
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience

- CIFC Health is a NACHC and a PSLF approved site, eligible for the submission of loan forgiveness applications
- 13-paid holidays in addition to paid time-off
- Monday-Friday day-shift schedule with minimal evening or Saturday hours
