Office Coordinator Position

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team at Hired LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and customer service. They will also have the opportunity to develop and implement organized filing systems and perform various office tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and editing official documents, including letters and reports
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Providing exceptional customer service to onsite guests and clients
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Designing and implementing efficient filing systems to ensure easy access to information
- Carrying out various administrative tasks as required
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is between $50,000 and $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
