We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Overview:

The Clinical Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services in our facilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day supervision and direction to assigned patient care staff
  • Ensures compliance with all company and facility-approved procedures and policies
  • Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation of patient care services

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)
  • Registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State
  • Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience, plus 3 months of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients

Working Conditions:
