Job Summary

The Senior Patient Service Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support. This role requires a high level of expertise in patient relations, communication, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide positive patient interactions, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Accurately verify patient demographic and insurance information in CS-Link.
  • Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and collect payments.
  • Coordinate administrative support activities, including facilities management and patient billing.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, physicians, and departments.
  • Participate in lean management processes, detailing and monitoring department-specific data.
  • Manage physician master schedules and coordinate schedule changes.
  • Process and track referrals and authorizations for various insurance types.
  • Monitor patient care flow and assist with CS-Link message pools and standard work.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Three (3) years of Patient Service Representative or Medical Assistant experience in an outpatient medical office setting required.
