Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and lead a team of nurses in a progressive care/telemetry environment
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Lead and participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement
- Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
- Must meet unit specific care requirements
