Clinical Charge Nurse BSN Leader

The Clinical Charge Nurse BSN is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate effective leadership skills, providing guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care. Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to professional nursing standards.
- Patient Safety and Quality: Foster a culture of safety and quality, actively seeking feedback and performance coaching to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
- Staff Development and Management: Participate in the selection, development, and retention of nursing staff, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth and success.
- Medication Administration and Delegation: Demonstrate expertise in medication administration, ensuring accurate and safe delivery of medications to patients. Delegate patient care activities to nursing staff, ensuring effective supervision and oversight.
Education and Licensure: Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and current State of Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
Experience and Certification: Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, with current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Completion Card and other certifications as required by specific unit.
Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to life-threatening situations. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
