At Land O'Lakes, we're committed to bringing food from farmer to fork, building vibrant communities along the way. As a Regional Food Service Sales Manager South Central, you'll play a critical role in driving sales execution and target achievement within the South-Central Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Annual Business Plan priorities with distributors directly and via broker engagement
- Continually monitor results of distributors and make ongoing adjustments as needed
- Leverage LOL Sales incentives and operator targeting initiatives to drive business results
- Leverage data and analytics with customer to enable growth opportunities
- Collaborate with corporate account managers to facilitate Tier 1 Distributor opportunities
- Direct, train, influence, and drive accountability in broker partners
- Collaborate with other RSMs to share best practices and ensure alignment on messaging/execution
Requirements:
- 4 Year College Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years Foodservice Sales experience
- Strong communication and CRM reporting proficiency (Salesforce, MS Office, written, and verbal)
