Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute dealership sales process to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery
  • Present and demonstrate inventory to customers
  • Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports to optimize sales performance
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, gross average, and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification to provide expert advice to customers
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is required
