Job Title: Family Functional Therapy Program Manager

Clifford Beers Guidance Clinic, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Functional Therapy Program Manager to lead our FFT program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the program, implementing programmatic and administrative policies and procedures, and ensuring the quality delivery of services to clients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the FFT therapist team and provide clinical supervision following FFT supervisor certification.
  • Support a team of therapists and bolster their understanding of the model and the skills needed to engage ambivalent clients.
  • Comply with and demonstrate fidelity to FFT model, policies, and procedures.
  • Review model fidelity reports of your assigned team on a regular basis.
  • Manage and lead assigned clinical program and ensure that clinical program objectives support Clinic strategic plan.
  • Hold a caseload of 5 families, as prescribed by the Functional Family Therapy model.
  • Make programmatic and administrative recommendations to supervisor.
  • Supervise, coach, establish performance expectations of, and evaluate program staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication among program staff, management, and internal and external customers to ensure seamless service.
  • Identify needs and provide opportunities for staff development.
  • Track Program expenses and income to ensure viability of services.
  • May supervise and evaluate interns, fellows, residents, or graduate student(s) in their daily responsibilities - or delegate this function.
  • Assign or delegate responsibility for specified work or functional activities.
  • Participate in community and State training activities to promote individual professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate in the development of treatment plans, clinical evaluations, case referrals to provide the most appropriate interventions.
  • After hours administrative on-call responsibility.
  • Perform other related and appropriate duties as directed.
Requirements:
  • Master's Level Licensed, LPC, LMFT or LCSW.
  • Three years related experience.
  • Licensed in behavioral health discipline.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Travel:

This role may require travel throughout the State of Connecticut.

Physical Abilities:

20% of the time is spent making repetitive motions, 50% of the time spent sitting, 10% walking, bending, standing, stooping, crouching or kneeling, 20% of the time is spent using hands to type, write, or use controls.
